Projects

PLMfashion has assisted a variety of companies in implementing PLM in their product development and management processes. WFX made complicated processes in product development manageable and structured and connected the work that is done in various departments of these companies. On this page a selection of projects is outlined.

With the help of PLM PLMfashion structured processes for fashion and lifestyle labels and retailers, where in most cases there is also collaboration with suppliers, amongst others for example in China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, The Philippines and  Cambodia.

Next to suppliers and for example designers (internal and optionally external) it is for example also an option to add employees of quality control as users. Where for example at your office, or at location of the supplier, a photo sample is uploaded and being checked before shipment.

With  WFX, PLMfashion delivers a proven and easy to implement effective tool to have an overview around the product development processes, structured and streamlined

Rapha

Rapha, the British luxury road-cycling lifestyle brand enhanced their product capabilities following the implementation of a Cloud based PLM platform. (navolgende alinea evt weg indien te lang): The system has taken away the issues the company was experiencing during the rapid expansion of the number of products and suppliers that were part of its development processes.

Rapha has seen tremendous growth over the past nine years, and was recently appointed as the official clothing supplier of the world renowned Sky Pro Cycling team. This appointment in itself more than doubled the number of products the brand is offering.

Simon Huntsman, Head of Product at Rapha, was full of praise about both the system and the implementation. He said:"Progressing to a PLM system was a logical step for Rapha, given the growth in the product range and the complexities of managing it effectively. After some thorough market research, we concluded WFX to be the best choice for Rapha”.
